Home At Choir Audio we not only want your business, but your trust and input when purchasing any of the Choir Audio products. Therefore, we enjoy maintaining a personal relationship with each and every one of our customers. In order to encourage this personal interaction, we have intentionally not made available tags such as "Buy it Now" or "Add to Your Shopping Cart" for any of our Turntables. We feel that each purchase needs to be carried out based on personal interaction with you the customers sharing your wishes and intentions of owning equipment that will not only meet your needs now but in the future.

Therefore in order to begin this personal relationship we ask that you contact us directly with any questions, prior to making any purchases. This will insure that you are making the correct purchase based on your needs, by allowing our staff the ability to offer either suggestions or confirmation on the chosen product. Sales Policy and Warranty Information.

All purchases of either Turntables, custom products or Kits will require a 50% down payment with balance and freight charges due prior to shipping of the order. Funds can be sent either by PayPal or Personal Check, Bank Check or Bank Transfer. All Georgia Residents must add 7% sales tax.

Make all checks payable to: Choir Audio, Inc and please include your invoice number.

Please Note:

All Checks, Personal, Bank Checks or Money Orders will have a mandatory 15 Business day Clearance period after deposit, before being credited.
All Pay-Pal accounts must be "Confirmed" with shipping only to the "Confirmed" address.
All International Shipments will include a Invoice for the "Actual Purchase Price". No "Gifts" or falsified documents will be issued.
All Shipments will be Insured for the actual amount of the Contents of each package.

When you have made your final choice of items to be purchased, then please forward us the following information and Choir Audio, Inc. will send you an invoice showing all requested purchases along with the total amount due including estimated shipping cost.

Because all our products are built as ordered, please observe our standard lead times for shipment:
30 days on kits, but more often than not we have the necessary hardware to fill the order already on site.
10 -14 business days on PPA, SUTs and all Cartridges and Tonearms
4 to 10 weeks on Turntables, depending on customer selected options

Warranty:

DIY Turntable Kits and Special Orders of Custom Platters and Electrical components:

All DIY Turntable Kit's mechanical hardware (Platters, Spindle and Bearings) carry a one (1) year limited warranty on craftsmanship and mechanical defects based on platter weight limitations as listed in product manual. All electrical components including DC Motor hardware carry a six (6) month warranty from date of purchase, all Rega products carry the manufacturers warranty. These warranties are non-transferable and will be honored only to the original purchaser.

Cartridges and Tonearms: Carry the manufacturers warranty

All Custom Turntables built by Choir Audio, Inc. carry the following warranty:

All electronics carry a one (1) year warranty, all various Tonearms and Cartridges products carry the manufacturers warranty from date of purchase.

Life Time Warranty to the original purchaser on all mechanical parts which include the original Platter, Spindle and Bearing Assembly on all custom made Choir Audio, Inc. turntables.
These warranties are non-transferable and will be honored only to the original purchaser.

Any warranty returns will need to be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Choir Audio, Inc. prior to return shipping. Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost, both to and from Choir Audio, Inc. for covered repairs.

All hardware designed and manufactured by Choir Audio, Inc reserve all rights to Intellectual Properties and Patients Pending. No products are to be copied in part or whole for retail purposes without the express written consent of Choir Audio, Inc. and it's serving President.

Choir Audio, Inc. Limited Warranty

Choir Audio, Inc. warrants this unit against defects in materials and/or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. Choir Audio, Inc’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Choir Audio, Inc’s option, of any part(s) found to be defective. Choir Audio, Inc’s obligation to repair or replace defective parts is the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Choir Audio, Inc. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect injury and/or property damage arising out of the use of the product or defect in or failure of the product. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost, both to and from Choir Audio, Inc.

This warranty does not extend to any unit whose serial number has been defaced or altered. Any product that Choir Audio, Inc. determines to causes a defect or malfunction due to incorrect installation, modification, misuse, or servicing by the purchaser. At this time Choir Audio, Inc is the sole authorized representative to repair any products manufactured and sold by Choir Audio, Inc.. The Customer is responsible for all shipping cost, both to and from the Choir Audio facility.

Choir Audio, Inc. reserves the right to make changes in this product without assuming any obligation to install such change in any product previously manufactured. This warranty to repair or replace defective parts is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description herein.

Some states do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
