Choir Audio Turntables
The Ultimate in Audiophile Analog Reproduction

Home

All Choir Audio products are designed for exceptional music reproduction while offering a stunning mixture of Classic style and Craftsmanship. Every turntable is handcrafted to exacting specifications and then hand assembled, to assure the closest tolerances are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process. The High Mass Aluminum Platter is machined from a pure billet of extruded 6061 Aluminum, minimum amount of material is removed during this process to assure the maximum amount of mass remains, which will lead to the maximum amount of inertia remaining in the physical properties of the platter. Speed Control is offered by a High Torque 24VDC Motor, with PWM control and closed loop speed feedback to insure the most accurate speed possible. Motor mounting is done in a separate Speed Box allowing absolute isolation from any motor produced vibrations. All Plinths are made to order based on customer specifications based on wood type and finish. The standard offering is in 3/4" Oak hardwood, with the customers choice of stain. Optional hardwoods such as Walnut, Cherry and Maple. Choir Audio also has resources for many Exotic woods that can be used in the build at an additional cost.
