In an every increasing effort to allow customers the opportunity to improve their listing experience, Choir Audio offers performance upgrades for existing Rega P/3, 5 and 7 owners. If you already own a Rega turntable, you can help offset the expense of a new table by using your existing Rega components, such as the Tonearm, Bearing and Motor. Choir Audio will than take those components and create a "Super Rega"

If you already own a Rega turntable, you can help offset the expense of a new table by using your existing Rega components, such as the Tonearm, Bearing and Motor. Choir Audio will than take those components and create a "Super Rega"
Upgrades include, but are not limited to:
Tonearms: Either rewire with the "Chords" or replace with a new Rega RB 301, 700 or 1000
Motors: Can either be reused or upgraded to the new 24VAC model, further upgrades include external Power Supply and Speed Regulation
Bearing: Normally can be reused but, both the spindle and bearing will receive a high speed polish along with an upgraded Ceramic Nitride Ball Bearing.
Plinths: While the original Rega plinth may be the true short fall of the original units, this too can be corrected. Custom plinths are available in a variety of styles and wood types.
